PRICING
$100 per organiser per hour + GST · Complimentary consultation
Pre-sale styling is charged at our hourly rate. We start with a complimentary walk-through of your home to agree on priorities and estimate the hours, so you know what to expect before we begin.
Working to a photography date or first open home? Let us know and we'll plan the work around it.
We style with what you already have: your own furniture, linen, art and decor, moved between rooms where it helps. If a few small additions would make a real difference, we'll suggest them.
FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
Agents are welcome to refer vendors to us.
We're happy to take your advice on what buyers in the area are looking for, work to your photography and open-home dates, and keep you in the loop as we go.
If your vendors are also buying or moving, we can help with packing and the move too, so the whole process is handled by one local team.
